USPS is a government run monopoly and as such they are only marginally effective at delivering packages... (about as effective as they are running our country). unfortunately once a package leaves our facility we have no control over it or if your government worker will choose to deliver it. We will always do everything we can do to help if a package is lost but there really is little that we can do. Before contacting us please contact your local usps office. many times your local carrier will know more about a specific package and may be able to locate it, especially if your tracking says it was delivered. If your tracking says it was delivered we will not replace your items. if your package clearly did not arrive we will assess the situation on a case by case basis and we may choose to resend your order at our expense.
