We at Tactical Penguin are, like many of you, very excited about the recent developments regarding the NFA, suppressors, short barreled rifles, and short barreled shotguns. At the moment, the verdict of the lawsuit only applies to the listed plaintiffs in the case.
For the time being, Tactical Penguin will continue to require a complete Form 4 and submission to the ATF for purchases of suppressors, SBRs, and SBS.
We anticipate broader changes from the ATF in the coming days and will post here with any pertinent updates.
